Booking Your Holiday
Q: Are all facilities included within the price of my holiday?
Within the price of your holiday, you can enjoy FREE and unlimited use of:
• Swimming Pool including the jacuzzi
• Outdoor play areas and children’s zone
• Entertainment provided by the Bar & Grill
• Touring and camping guests have the use of the shower block, toilets and the wash up area
Q: Is there a fee if we need to make an amendment to the booking?
Please let us know as soon as there is any change to your booking. Whether it is a change of number in the party of change of date. We will endeavour to make the necessary amendments and will forward you a revised confirmation letter/ email. We reserve the right to charge £25 per amendment to your original booking.
Q: Can we pay on arrival/ departure?
All bookings need to be paid for in full prior to arrival.
Q: Are the tariffs quoted on this website per person?
All prices are based per accommodation or pitch. We do not charge per person.
Q: What is the minimum number of nights you can stay?
As standard, our breaks are Monday- Friday, Friday to Monday and weekly breaks for static caravans. We can on occasions, allow shorter breaks but this is at the discretion of management and can only be arranged over the phone.
For touring and camping bookings, the minimum number of nights is one night.
Q: I need to book more than one accommodation unit?
Please call us on 01970 871233 as multiple units cannot currently be booked online.
Arriving at Cambrian Coast
Q: What public transport is available to and from Cambrian Coast?
The 512 bus service from Aberystwyth or Borth passes the end of our drive. A timetable is available should you wish to have a copy. There is a train station in Borth itself which is a short drive away from the park.

Q: What time can we arrive at Cambrian Coast?
You are welcome to arrive and use our facilities from 12pm. We aim to have your accommodation ready for 3pm. Touring and camping guests can check in from 12pm.
Information regarding check in and out times will be highlighted on your booking confirmation. We can offer early check ins, but this is subject to availability and at an extra cost.
Q: Can we bring pets?
Yes, designated Dog Friendly Caravans are available. Up to three dogs are permitted in each Dog Friendly Caravan and they must be supervised at all times. Outside of the caravan dogs must be kept on a lead. Dogs are permitted in selected areas of the Bar & Grill. There is an additional fee for bringing dog and this applies to both caravan and touring bookings.
Q: Can we park our cars outside our accommodation?
We have a designated space outside every accommodation for a vehicle. If additional vehicles are being brought, we ask that you inform the office as there may not be space, but alternative arrangements will be made.
Q: Do we need to provide our own bed linen and towels?
We provide linen in all our caravans. Towel bales can be added to your booking for a small hire charge. We do not supply tea towels. These can be purchased from reception if you forget to bring yours.
During Your Holiday
Q: Can I access Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have a free Wi-Fi service for general internet browsing. This can be picked up around the park. The password for this service will be in your welcome pack that you get on arrival. Connection speed for the free Wi-Fi will vary depending on device and location. We do also have a premium Wi-Fi service. This is chargeable at £10 for 10GB or 7 days, whichever is sooner. This can be purchased through your settings on your phone.
Q: Can friends and relatives come and visit us whilst we are staying at Cambrian Coast?
Yes, of course. We ask that all arrivals and departures check-in and out by calling our office on 01970 871233 or by popping into reception. To ensure the privacy and safety of our guests we are unable to give guest details to any day visitors.
Q: Can children of any age use the swimming pool?
Everyone is welcome to use the swimming pool. In accordance with the Health and Safety Executive the following swim ratios must be adhered to: 1 adult and 1 child under three years old and 1 adult to 2 children aged 4-7 years old. Children 8 - 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. All persons who intend on going swimming must check in at reception to obtain a key which then will give entry to the main pool building.
Q: Do we need to pre-book a table for the Bar & Grill?
To avoid disappointment, we do suggest that guests pre-book table reservations. We can get exceptionally busy at times.
Leaving Cambrian Coast
Your accommodation must be vacated by 10am on your day of departure and your keys returned to the main reception, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Touring and camping guests must vacate their pitch by 10.30am on the date of departure.
Purchasing A Caravan
Q: How much are your site fees?
Given our stunning location, our site fees are very competitive and much cheaper than most of our competitors in the area.
Q: How much are your caravans?
Our caravans range from £19,995 to £65,000. We like to think that we have something to suit most budgets. It is always a good idea to have a budget in mind before you start looking at caravans, so that we can show you caravans relative to your budget. We have great starter caravans to brand new. The choice is yours!
Q: Are there any additional costs involved?
Our site fees include rates, water and VAT. The only additional costs involved are for gas, electricity and insurance. Gas is charged per cylinder and electricity is invoiced annually.
Q: Do you provide insurance?
We do recommend that you use our preferred insurance company and we can provide you with their details. However, you are more than welcome to find your own insurance. We ask that you provide us with a copy of your insurance so that we have a copy on file.
Q: Can I have a decking?
Of course, we have an approved contractor who does our deckings. A decking can really finish off a caravan. It provides an excellent outdoor space. Perfect for relaxing on a warm summer’s day.
Q: I have a tourer, can you take it in as a part-exchange?
We can take tourers in part-exchange. A member of the team will give you a part exchange value and this will be taken off the amount payable for your static caravan.
Q: Do I need to book an appointment to view caravans?
We do ask that appointments are made so that we can ensure that a member of the team is available to show you around. Viewing can be arranged at a time to suit you. Please give us a call to arrange your viewing. 01970 871233.
