Each of our Cottages has a comfortable lounge with flat-screen TV, DVD player, a master bedroom with TV and a fully fitted kitchen. All five Cottages have individual patios with patio furniture. All cottages also have free Wi-Fi broadband connection.

Croft Cottage & Dairy Cottage are dog friendly.

Showers and bathrooms are luxuriously equipped and fully tiled. Hand and bath towels are provided free of charge, but beach towels are not supplied. All bedrooms have fitted carpets. Linen and duvets are provided.

A brick-built barbecue is one of the features of the communal landscaped area, which each cottage looks out on to and which also contains a children’s play area and summerhouse.

The Nook

Designed for two people who want to enjoy each others company in comfortable and intimate surroundings. The two previous occupants were the two spinsters, Megan and Kittie who were the daughters of the original owners and spent the whole of their lives at Aberleri, farming.

The Granary

The Granary is the largest of the Cottages and sleeps up to 12 people in absolute comfort with plenty of space. It is ideal for parties of friends and families who like space as well as company. Regular clients book The Granary a year ahead.

The Farmhouse Cottage

Re-built to the exact dimensions of the original Farmhouse, even the windows. The main difference is that it now has an indoor toilet so no need to go across the yard in the middle of the night!

The Dairy Cottage

With its stone inglenook fireplace and the use of bricks and timber from the original building gives the lounge a particularly pleasant warm ambience. A back door from the lounge opens onto the shared courtyard and garden area. The Dairy and The Croft have their own garden furniture, Bar-B-Q and parasol are available. Pet friendly

The Croft Cottage

A central Hallway leads to the well equipped modern kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, undercounter fridge/freezer. A pine dining table and chairs. The kitchen connects to the lounge which has a large south facing patio window giving spectacular views across the Cambrian Mountains. Comfortable seating, pleasant decor, a stone feature fireplace with electric coal effect fire makes a lovely lounge in which to relax.

Additional Facilities

We have a Games Room equipped with a full size Table Tennis and Pool Table for the exclusive use for the guests staying in our cottages and it is free to use.

We have a secure building on site with CCTV which is available to cyclists and walkers. It has heated lockers for drying clothes and equipment, bike stands, a bike clamp if maintenance on your bike is necessary and tools are provided.
